Manage Your Shares

Our registrar is Equiniti Limited and you can manage your shareholding online via www.shareview.co.uk.

Once you have registered and set up an online portfolio account, you can access a range of shareholder services including:

• Viewing your shareholding
• Changing your name (Equiniti will need a copy of the relevant marriage certificate or change of name deed together with your share certificate(s))
• Changing your address details
• Lost share certificates (please note that an administration fee is usually charged for this service and you will need to complete an indemnity that covers Dowlais for any loss arising from a dispute over ownership, which will also incur a charge)
• Lost or out of date dividend cheques
• Arranging for dividends to be paid to your bank account or changing existing instructions
• Stock Transfer Forms (Equiniti will need to receive the original share certificate)
• Voting online in advance of our Annual General Meeting and registering for electronic communications
• Consolidating share certificates
• Death of a shareholder
