Helen joined Dowlais from Kier Group plc where she was Chief People Officer. Helen worked in Kier for over 10 years and was an integral part of the Kier turnaround, as well as developing and leading strategies across its human resources, health, safety & wellbeing, and sustainability functions. With over 20 years’ experience, Helen has a long track record of delivering transformative change within other sectors including Sainsburys Plc and Ferguson Group Plc.
